I'm effective to be in volleyball soon, and i was wondering what kind of gear do you need, like knee pads, and all that stuff?
you want knee pads, spandex, running sneakers, high socks(to wipe off your sneakers if they get dust on the bottom, if you dont you'll slip on the floor, & i would recommend getting active ankles. Active ankles are plastic braces that go on your ankle

You should get knee pads~ they commandeer absorb the shock of hitting the floor for your knees. Also, shoes made for volleyball help tons.

You will scarcity knee pads no matter what. The coaches are expecting you to do whatever it takes to get the ball up. Also you will need to wear warm-up outfits. It is your choice if you want to wear spandex but if you make the team your uniform is most
