What is the difference between the required safety equipment in slow pitch and fastpitch softball?

Softball there isn't any for boring pitch and fast pitch, batters need helmets and catchers need full equipment. I think that is it.

As a extravagantly-pitch catcher, I needed the catching gear. You get foul tips off your mask, fastballs in the scandal that need to be blocked, etc. In slow-pitch, I only remember seeing a catcher with a mask (maybe). I also wouldn't be to get hit in the head

I'm fascinating a camp to learn how to catch, and i need my own gear if i'm gonna do it on a team. (i hate borrowing other people's equipment.) i'm distressing to save up money for it, and i need to know what the cheapest i can get for. (not used) thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i start fastpitch softball monday what equipment do i demand?heres a list of what im think i need add or take away stuff please:
-equipment bag
-glove
-batting gloves
-cleats
-bat
-helmet(alread have it)
-tennis
I don't see many shin guards or knee pads anymore.
The sliding pad should do it.
Nothing curious with throwing them in the bag, but I doubt you'll need them.
The only thing I see missing is a good water bottle and glove oil.
