Is a yellow mid-thigh length sundress and cowboy boots appropriate for a summer afternoon pool/cocktail party?

I agree - lose the boots. I like the cowboy boots/short dress look, but not at a pool party. Get some high strappy heels.

football pick em pool?
Sep 20, 2007 by Garte | Posted in Fantasy Sports
i dont understand what the points aspect of a football pool is. for example: this week the chicago bears are favorite to the dallas cowboys for 3 points. what does the 3 points mean?
guess you're not a gambler...
Basically the point spread is a tool Vegas uses to 'even the odds'... In your example, if all things go according to plan, Chicago should win by 3 points.
If you bet on Chicago to win, they have to win by 3 points in order for you to win the bet. If Chicago wins by 2 or 1, Chicago wins the game, but you lose the bet.
Now conversely, if you bet on Dallas, you GET the 3 points... meaning that if Dallas wins or loses by less than 3 points, you win the bet, so its possible for Dallas to lose the game, but you win your bet.

Top 5 reasons why I hate country music at a pool hall!?
Mar 16, 2008 by David R | Posted in Polls & Surveys
5. Two dudes always have to sing from across the bar real loud
4. A couple of dudes have to sing together with their shoulders and heads next to each other.
3. A couple of other dudes have to join in!
2. groups start to form....
and the number one reason why I cant stand when a country song comes on the jukebox at a bar......Every dude with a cowboy hat startst to sing to each other while every girl looks on:(
sorry just got back from a pool hall...do U like country music?
has anyone else noticed this???
Are we at the same pool hall????? i just pulled the plug at the back, plugged it back in and put on "war pigs" Sabbath

How do I verify the authenticity of some coca-cola posters.?
Sep 05, 5954 by ladoucj | Posted in Hobbies & Crafts
I am trying to verify the authenticity of three coca-cola posters that I have .On the bottom of one of the posters (a girl on a ladder in a pool) is written “COCA-COLA IS A REGISTERED TRADE MARK OF COCA-COLA Ltd. (the letter c in a circle) 1942 THE COCA-COLA COMPANY ALL RIGHTS RESERVED”. On two others posters of (a cowboy) is written “COCA-COLA IS A REGISTERED TRADE MARK OF COCA-COLA Ltd. (the letter c in a circle) 1941 THE COCA-COLA COMPANY ALL RIGHTS RESERVED”.Any information would be appreciated.
