The Hodgepodge 10 WorldSim-National Billiards and Snooker Championship will be held here at the Geetha Bhavan Kalyana Mandapam (Gopalapuram) from July 18 to August 9, it was announced at a television conference on Sunday.

President of TNBSA Arun Pandian said that the championship would include events in the elder (mens' and ladies'), junior (boys' and girls'), and sub-junior (boys' and girls') divisions in both snooker and billiards.

“The end will help improve the profile of cue sports in both the State and country. The tournament will also decide the players to be sent for the Asian and Superb Championships,” he said. He also thanked the partners — Coromandel Cements, Cardia Autobiography, Bisleri, Bhoomi & Buildings, House of Dosas, Shender and Chennalive — for coming well-advanced to support the event. “Over 830 entries from 28 state associations have been received for the present edition,” he said.

Speaking of the field for the tournament, General Secretary of TNBSA Venkatesh Bhatt said: “We will have the likes of Padma Shri Geet Sethi, Padma Shri Pankaj Advani, Asian Games gold medallists Yasin Trader and Rafath Habib, current champions Alok Kumar and Vidya Pillai, two-time The human race billiards champion Chitra Magimairaj along with many others participating.”

im looking for a reserve on how to build a billiards cue. any suggestions?

I googled & came up with this constituent.

Where can i change my billiards cue tip replaced and cue repaired in London?

I remember i should probably post this question on a billiards/snooker forum or something, but i've been searching the web for help and been unable to find anything. Anyone know of a city i can change the tip of my cue and get my cue serviced and repaired?

I would call a neighbourhood pool hall. Most either perform that service or they can direct you to someone who does.

Is it possible to straighten my billiards cue?

The tip of my cue is measure off center, and is bending a bit at the tip due to accidental drops, atmosphere, playing, etc..
Am I just going to have to buy a new stick, or can I get it resolved?

Once a barb has warped there is very little if anything that will straighten it permanently. It can be straightened but will almost always return to its warped state within a short interval of time.

On September 11-12, Tony Robles spearheaded the $1,000, added 1st Annual Reverend Clarence Keaton Remembrance Contest, as the 14th a halt on the Ozone Billiards Predator Trip 2010 seasoned. Reverend Clarence Keaton, known as “The Rev” by many players, frequented Leader Billiards (where the commemorative occasion was held), along with many other New York funds rooms. Well-loved by many members of the jackpot community, Reverend Clarence Keaton abandoned his fracas against cancer last year. Reverend Keaton was a closed soul mate of perambulation topple over Tony Robles , and would regularly compel to the US Direct and The Wonderful Billiards Expo with Tony and his son Shawn Keaton, who is one of New York’s top emerging talents.

Along with Shawn, a compute of other up-and-coming players competed in the A/B/C/D 9-ball episode in this memorial, including John Alicea, Noel Bensurto, Daniel Dagatdot, Jerry Tarantola, Mike Panzerella, and Stewart Warnock. In whole, 70 of New York’s top players came out to remedy mark “The Rev’s” aura and pressure on team up with in NYC.
