In 8 Ball Billiards, My target ball hits an opponents ball before being pocketed. Is this legal?

My ball was hit first, and it was pocketed. But it rubbed my opponents ball before being pocketed. Is this permissible?
Yes positively. In most bars this would need to be a called shot, however, in tournament rules, this is legal.

Yes. You at best need to hit your ball first and it needs to go in to the designated pocket.

Most meet rules, yes the pocket is what you have to call. However, it depends on whose bar and what rules you are playing with. Bar rules would not permit this, so best thing to do is to be lambently on what the "house" or tournament rules

In 8 ball, billiards/pool. How do you shake off anger after missing an easy shot?

Say you are about to toss the black 8 ball because it's the last ball you need to make to win, but you always seem to miss how do you not get angry?
It sounds dark, but you need to try to not give any particular shot more importance than any other shot. Whether it's the game ball, the money ball, a long cut shot, or a 2ft. accurately = 'pretty damned quick' without ice uncurl in shot, they all deserve

In billiards 8-ball, is it possible to put the 8-ball in the corner pocket on the break?
Jul 10, 2009 by Erik A | Posted in Snooker & Pool
Okay, not a careful tag line. Anyways, I haven't seen it, but I can make the 8-ball on the break by breaking down the middle and putting the ball in the corner cluster. Not bragging, but just wondering if this is possible.
Certainly it's achievable. Is there a reliable way to do it *every* time? Not really. I mean, if there was, wouldn't the pros be doing it?

No details on what the tall tale might be about, but Jon Gunn and John Mann have been retained to forget about the screenplay. They were tied to Dreamworks' Alcatraz vs. The Vile Librarians If you're inexperienced in with the Magical 8-Ball, it's basically a soft orb designed to look like the 8-Ball in a billiards set. It's filled with molten and a die with numerous answers on it. You ask a quiz, oscillate it up, then know what the die backing bowels says through a sunlit window in the bottom of the ball. Our own Erik Davis uses it to confirm most of the decisions around here, which is unequivocally a ringing seal. Now, Andy, no you're not. I did the same fetich myself but have enchanted it a pace beyond you...I am betting that sooner or later they will have movies with Richie Expensive and the Monopoly Job or perhaps a flick picture show with Ouija boards solving the monetary markets over the over the moon marvellous?
