Is the Spalding Never Flat ok to use outdoors?

I've understand that never flats are best for indoor surfaces but I was just wondering if performance would be affected if played with outdoors. If anyone could also indicate or recommend a good outdoor basketball, please do so.

When you bought the ball, did the box it came in say it was acceptable for Indoor/Outdoor use? If so, then the ball will perform just fine outdoors. If the ball is an "Indoor Use Only" ball, such as an all-leather NBA Plucky Ball, do not use it

It works! We have 4 basketballs and this is our favorite one. WE have only had this ball 1 month but if it continues to do well we will to all intents have 4 of them in a year or 2. I can see how some people would whimper about it coming not truly fully amplified. But we don’t see that as a big intractable. It is smug and bounces well. Could more air be put into it? Confident but that may navigate it over amplified. Recognize it is a basketball not a bouncy ball.
