i got a extremely good hitting stick tool off ebay... Its called hit a way target about $30.00 and my party has been beating on it for 2 months without a problem.. here is a link or if that dont work just go to ebay and punch in baseball hitting extend. I

if all you extremity is something to practice on and theres no real need for figuring out form and what not the hit away is probably the best i can mark of (short of just going to local batting cages although sometimes batting cage balls dent bats) i find credible

To body strength, an old tire, Drill holes in it top to bottom and put it on a pole. Hit with an old bat and make it spin.
For the best hand to eye rehearsal, use a piece of broomstick and a bag of dried peas. Toss up a pea and hit with the

I already own one of those sticks.. IT IS AWSOME for warming up my work together before a game... Deffinatly an inexpensive long lasting tool...

im a catcher and im tough to increase my arm strengh and hitting power
I have knowledge of Piazza used to bench press with dumbells, he got pretty strong.
